"SUNLIGHT FOREVER" a week of live transmission from RADIO CENTRAAL at Villadelfia Antwerp Belgium. It's a 75 minute document that we made in the week when Radio Centraal had it's 25th anniversary... with interviews and very funny cameos from people from that radio... Radio Centraal is a free/alternative radio in Antwerp, who, at the time they had their 25 year anniversary were about to be taken off the air for a while, and so they went to transmit from another location. It was open for the public and people could meet and participate. (and that's when we filmed it)... The location, Villadelfia, is a squat in the north of town near the Schelde, and was the perfect place for this event. Radio Centraal is a radiostation were everything has always been possible, from the most experimental noise to the most easy listening swing. There are african and greek to german and french programs... so it's quite international. It’s also a radio with quite a history as a central link point for different underground scenes in Antwerp, ranging from artists, squatters, partymakers, musicians and filmmakers… This film gives a tongue-in-cheek impression of a certain initiative at the margins…
